COMPANY OVERVIEW

Eland Environmental Consulting Corp. is an Edmonton-based environmental consulting firm delivering Phase I/II/III ESAs, field environmental services, and environmental reporting and regulatory support across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and the Northern Territories.

Founded in 2024, the firm is led by a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) and Professional Biologist (P.Biol.) with direct, hands-on experience in environmental site assessment, environmental reporting, and supporting-document review. We operate as a lean, senior-led firm, deliberately structured so that every file receives senior professional oversight from kickoff through final deliverable.

We work directly with environmental consulting firms needing overflow capacity or peer review, industry clients managing environmental reporting and regulatory obligations, legal counsel and lenders requiring ESA due diligence, and project developers navigating pre-disturbance and related environmental documentation requirements.

OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Precision

Every project is approached with care, accuracy, and attention to technical detail. Our deliverables are prepared to withstand regulatory scrutiny and peer review.

Integrity

Transparent scope, honest professional judgment, and no deliverables we would not stand behind. If we cannot deliver to standard, we say so upfront.

Accountability

Clear professional accountability on every file. Clients know who is responsible for their deliverables and have direct access to that person throughout the engagement.

Efficiency

Our lean structure supports faster turnaround, clearer communication, and fewer unnecessary coordination layers.

Sustainability

Our recommendations prioritize long-term environmental stewardship and responsible land use, not just minimum compliance requirements.
